Thanks for shopping at kineticsupps.com. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Returns You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds: once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Our supplements can be shipped to all 50 states within the USA, as well as overseas APO/FPO military addresses. We also do ship internationally but local duties & fee’s may apply.
If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:
• We ship Monday through Friday, 9am-4pm EST, excluding holidays.
• Shipping rates will be based upon delivery distance and weight of package being shipped. We also offer a Flat Rate fee, which will be shipped at the lowest cost.
• Final shipping costs will be stated before completion of checkout.
• Orders are shipped as quickly as possible, and in most cases, go out within 1-2 business days after the order is placed.
• International shipping cost does not include import fees, customs, duties or value added taxes (VAT). All prices listed are in USD.
